Pace Yourself

Though it’s tempting to take advantage of your “good days” and try to tend to all the chores, work and errands you need to handle, it’s also easy to severely overexert yourself. Doctors recommend that pain sufferers try to pace themselves and accomplish a moderate amount of tasks both on days when they’re feeling good and days when they’re feeling bad. Keep the moral of the tortoise and the hare in mind, and remember that it’s easier to achieve more over the long run if you create realistic and sustainable goals for yourself.
