Tips for Dealing with Insomnia

Individuals who are suffering with chronic pain can experience sleep difficulties. Insomnia can be a sign of depression or anxiety. Sometimes insomnia just happens. Persons with pain can have trouble getting to sleep or waking up in the middle of the night. If sleep disturbance occurs two nights in a row, a pattern of sleep difficulties can develop.
